发货流程：

1.     1.我们会在２４小时内处理您的订单。

2.     2.如有缺货，会尽快通知买家换货并修改订单。

3.     3.买家付款后的两个工作日内发货。

4.     4.如使用快递,　通常１或２天会收到货品。

5.     5.如使用普通包裹，陆路或水路，东马6到8周会收到货品；

6.如用空运，东马或新加坡１０天左右会收到货品。

6.     7.寄货后,　买家将被告知运单号,　可自行查询您的货品去向。

7.     8.其他地区买家,　请向我们的客服查询递送费用。

9.  我们有权决定采用哪家递送公司，如顾客指定递送公司，所有费用将根据实际重量收费。 

10.  货品的重量包含包扎材料的重量。

Shipping Procedure

1.     1. We will see to your order within 24 hours .

2.     2. In the case of out of stock, we will inform the buyer soonest as possible to make arrangement on replacement or amendment on the order form.

3.     3. The goods ordered will be sent out within two working days.

4.     4. If by courier, it takes 1 or 2 days to reach the buyer.

5.     5. If by normal parcel (by sea/land), it takes 6 to 8 weeks to reach East Malaysia.

         6. If by air parcel, a buyer in East Malayisa or Singapore can receive it about 10 days later.

6.     7. After shipping, we will inform the buyer the tracking number whereby s/he can track and trace the parcel anytime.

             8. Buyers of other countries, please enquire for the shipping fees with our customer service personnel. .   

             9.  the seller has the right to choose the shipping company.  If a buyer designates one, he/she shall bear all the cost incurred based on the actual weight of the goods.　

     10.  The weight of the product includes the materials used for packing.

快递(Skynet/Poslaju/Express)

西马 :       统一邮费　RM12.00　（除浮罗交怡等特殊地区）

        **特别留意：如包裹太大或过重，本网店有权转用普通包裹寄送。

东马   :              

Sarawak :首1KG　　RM13.50  每增加500G = RM5.00 (限2KG以内小件物品; 超过2KG请向客服查询）

Sabah         : 首1KG　　RM16.50  每增加500G = RM6.00 (限2KG以内小件物品; 超过2KG请向客服查询）

   普通包裹

 东马　　    空运：首1kg 　RM10,  续重RM4/kg

POSTAGE

Courier(Skynet/Poslaju):

West Malaysia: (1kg): RM12.00 (Flat rate excluding special areas such as Langkawi)

Note:  If your parcel's size has exceeded the courier company's restriction or is overweight, we have the right to send it by normal parcel.

East Malaysia:

Sarawak:  First kg = RM13.50 (additional 500g=RM5)　(Weight limit: 2kg and small in size)

Sabah:     First kg = RM16 (additional 500g=RM6)　(Weight limit: 2kg and small in size)

Normal Parcel:

East Malaysia      by air:  First 1kg = RM10, additional 1kg=RM4
